This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading consumer business to grow and foster their online community. Working closely with the Head of Community and the rest of the community and content team you'll be planning and implementing the strategy for customers to engage in a way which will positively impact on their lives.

In the role you will be continuously seeking new ways to drive traffic to the website, bringing people together to have conversations on-line - this will be done through nurturing, facilitating and encouraging engagement and interaction. You'll be working with the content team to generate compelling editorial content as well as community activity on Facebook, Twitter, other social media sites and online platforms.

In terms of yourself, then you'll be absolutely passionate about online community activity and have worked within digital marketing for a number of years. You'll need to be creative as you'll be tasked with constantly seeking fresh and innovative ideas to attract and engage with customers (past, present and future) and will naturally have the finger on the pulse of everything that is going on the wider digital environment. You'll also be managing a small team so previous man-management experience is essential.
