Arriva Transport Solutions Limited (ATSL), part of Arriva’s UK Bus Division, is an exciting and specialist business that is making fast progress in establishing Arriva within new markets across the UK. Already, ATSL has quickly established itself as one of the UK’s largest providers of Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) and operates contracts in the East Midlands, West Midlands, Derbyshire, Yorkshire, Manchester and London with some 400 vehicles, 900 staff and over 1 million patient journeys a year.
Engagement is an essential activity within the organisation and we are now seeking to recruit a Communications and Engagement Officer who will support the Head of Communications and Engagement in growing and maintaining the profile of the company brand and manage its reputation through corporate communications and stakeholder engagement.
You will deliver corporate communications and engagement plans and campaigns across the business, supporting operational teams in a range of activities such as patient and stakeholder surveys and subsequent action plans, positive media stories and responding to media queries as well as staff communications.
The successful applicant will support in a range of central activities such as the copywriting of publications, ensuring they meet our corporate branding strategy, organise and coordinate meetings, events and seminars, update and manage content on ATSL’s public facing website, support the bid team writing bid text and providing case studies / examples of best practice from around the business and support the communications and engagement workstreams of major contract mobilisations
