As a Account Director you will have absolute responsibility for the profitability, success and growth of clients’ programs. You will manage, lead and mentor your team and direct the accounts at a strategic level. As the business grows, the role offers a unique opportunity to help grow and shape the business, and to play an active role in the recruitment of new people, as well as help shape the strategy of the technology practice
You will have solid PR skills, within the tech/b2b sector knowledge of security accounts would be advantageous. You will have the ability to develop campaigns and build relationships with the media and strong contacts. You will think strategically but be-able to translate strategy into tactical consumer and trade PR tactics as well as helping drive organic growth. This role is focussed on developing business amongst new and existing clients, whilst motivating and managing staff.
