This role will report to the Director of Communications and will provide leadership across internal communications. This is fantastic role in supporting the Director of Communications and being their Deputy to lead on projects which may also include external communications. You will take ownership of the company's brand and developing and managing proactive and reactive internal communications as well as
One key element to this role is managing the internal communications programme which includes developing the employee engagement programmes in support to a move to a new premise. You will also be responsible for establishing relationships with key stakeholders, provide advice, providing leadership for the CSR programme and guidance on internal communications issues. You will be providing advice to the international offices and their internal communications, taking ownership of conferences and developing the company's internal and client facing brand channels.
The successful candidate will be proactive, confident with the ability to challenge and advise senior management, persuade and influence. You will have experience with internal communications in either professional services or a large matrix/corporate experience. The successful candidate will need to have an understanding of delivering strategies, employee engagement programmes as well as managing a team.
