Our client is a multi-award-winning consultancy who work with a range of very high-profile clients. We are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Senior Account Director or Account Director.
Sitting within the corporate practice, the internal comms function specialises in providing high level, strategic consultancy to global and UK organisations that wish to create positive behavioural change. You will only be working on one account, one of the biggest FMCG brands in the world, developing their existing business as well as taking it out to the wider market and bringing in new clients.
The role will involve providing internal communications guidance and expertise and leading programmes to support structural change. You will be creating and delivering communication strategies that align stakeholder behaviours with brand and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a commercial focus and a track record in internal communications and employee engagement. You will be familiar with the traditional forms of change-driven communications but also be an expert in social media. You’ll be strategic and creative in your thinking and truly believe that employee engagement has a direct impact on business performance.
