An exciting opportunity for an International Communications Manager has arisen at World Cancer Research Fund International (WCRF International).

WCRF International leads and unifies a network of cancer prevention charities based in Europe, the Americas and Asia and is responsible for cancer prevention science, policy, strategy and operational direction to the network members.

The International Communications Manager is a new role within WCRF International and reflects an increased organizational focus on developing the capacity to engage and communicate with WCRF International’s global audience. This is an exciting time for WCRF International as we implement a new three-year strategy that puts communications at the centre. 

Working with the Head of Communications & Campaigns, you will develop and implement communication strategies, produce high quality web and blog content, guide our social media strategy, produce e-communications and support media work.

You will have the skills to be able to communicate with a diverse range of audiences from leading scientists to policy makers, and business leaders to health professionals. In addition, excellent negotiation skills, staff management experience and an ability to inspire confidence at a senior level are essential.
