We have an excellent new opportunity for a change management & internal communications Account Director to join a growing team within a top-10 PR consultancy. This role will be largely responsible for supporting clients through organisational change and developing programmes for internal audiences.
As a key member of the internal communications & change management team, you will take a lead role in developing and delivering internal communications to a large, diverse and multi site work force on a variety of clients from technology, financial services to consumer.
Working closely with senior executives you will provide internal communications support and advice on a variety of different projects and initiatives. You will support specific business areas within the organisations, developing internal communications strategy and plans which meet the commercial needs of the businesses.
Along with this your clients are also going through a period of change and you will take a key role in the management of internal communications which support this business change programme.
Working across all channels you will develop creative and innovative communications which inform and engage, supporting two way communication programs.
To succeed in this role you will require a strong track record of internal communications development and delivery, change management and have either agency or in-house or both.
You will need significant experience of working with senior management, providing advice and coaching re internal communication best practice and style.
