Internal Communications Manager
A fantastic brand and a market leading retailer, this organisation prides itself on its fantastic working environment and absolute focus on cutting edge communications. The business is currently going through an investment programme that will see a number of new appointments, but they are initially looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their wider based marketing team. Working to senior manager level, this Internal Communications Manager position will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the internal communications strategies and plans to ensure the engagement and commitment of colleagues behind company and divisional goals. As a trusted advisor to the senior leadership teams, the role holder will provide internal communications insight, advice and support. To be considered for this role you will need to have held a similar role career to-date ideally within a multi-site operation and have the ability to communicate complex messages simply and effectively. You will need to have a good understanding of audience segmentation and message tailoring and conversant with the full internal channel mix and communication escalator. This is an exciting role for an Internal communications professional, keen to further develop in a strategic senior level role for a fantastic brand.
