Change Communications Manager
In this high profile programme, you will be part of a dedicated team of Internal Communications Consultants working on a high profile transformation programme within the Banking Sector
- Work as part of a high achieving consultancy team, delivering communications to employees and the Executive through a variety of channels
- Working with Senior Business Leaders, develop and implement communications strategies and plans that support the specific business objectives.
- Work with Director and Account Managers to ensure the optimal delivery of high quality communications
- Communication planning skills
- Recent experience of working in the Banking Sector
- Experience of working within large transformation programmes
- Development of sometimes complex materials
- Experience of managing Senior Stakeholders
- Ability to develop and implement communications plans, to agreed timelines and budgets.
