The MD’s are looking for a Senior Account Director or Associate Director to work across two well known brands as well as new business coming in.

Offering a creative approach to clients, balanced carefully with defined commercial targets, this agency has already won a fantastic client portfolio across consumer technology, travel and destination,  food, drink, FMCG, automotive, entertainment and public sector, you get the chance to dip your toe into very different waters.

It offers a whole host of services including media campaigns, social media, content creation, promotion, brand PR, press office, consumer issues and international.

The senior team are all different and that’s why it works so well - they play to their strengths and this in turn ensures there’s a strong client handler, a super creative bod, a digital maestro, a nurturing team leader and a strategic new business hound.

The agency is currently at a head count of c. 25 and with a dearth of new business pitches going on, there’s sure to be more consistent growth in the coming months.

First and foremost you will have learnt your craft at a reputable agency and have some great brands under your belt – they don’t necessarily have to be big brands, you just have to have done great things with them.

As an associate director, as well as leading and ensuring campaigns are executed well, you’ll need to have experience of working on big bands, be a hands on motivator who leads from the front and mucks in, have strong client relationships and be hot on new business. You’ll need to be the financial linchpin on the account – ensuring profitability and with the right mix of forward planning; insights and seamless execution and a dogged determination to get results shared with your team
