Public Affairs Manager

We are changing. We have an ambitious programme to transform our service delivery and we need a first class External Affairs and Communications team to help shape our vision and drive improvements to our reputation.
Reporting to the recently appointed Head of External Affairs and Communications, this new role will work with the Chief Executive and the senior management team to build our external profile.
An experienced manager and strategic thinker, you will be responsible for our public affairs activity, advising senior managers on key policy initiatives and influencing the latest sector thinking. You will establish a framework for our engagement with key stakeholders and develop innovative ways for communicating with them.
A proven track record of delivering successful stakeholder engagement strategies in a high-profile environment and strong analytical and writing skills are essential.
