We are looking for a drinks PR expert (international trade and consumer press) for our client, an independent Central London agency that works across consumer, B2B and corporate communications for its impressive roster of clients.
This particular role is for an ambitious and established Senior Account Manager or Account Director with a track record in drinks PR. Agency experience is crucial, as is experience of leading a team, involvement in the development and implementation of a campaign strategy and its tactics. The impressive portfolio of clients and brands under the drinks team includes wines and spirits as well as soft drinks – and there is plenty of opportunity to grow in this area.
You must be able to tell us about interviews you have coordinated for key clients, impress us with your contacts in the drinks trade media and your experience organising events of all shapes and sizes including product launches, press trips and influencer activities. We’re not just interested in your trade press credentials – we’d like to know you’ve got an aptitude for dealing with the consumer press too. We’re looking for creativity and ingenuity, brilliant written skills and the reassurance that you could immediately add value and expertise to the existing team and its work.
You will be able to prove, probably from your current role, that you can handle the usual agency juggle of several demanding accounts (and the teams working on them) and that you go above and beyond what is required in order to achieve the best results for your clients.
