Media Relations Executive - Infrastructure/Built Environment

A key role in the media relations team at this high profile, international membership organisation, you'll help to develop and deliver media relations programmes in support of policy-led campaigns and to maintain the organisation's reputation as an authoritative voice in the industry.
Working extensively with the nationals, trade, broadcast and online media, you'll manage proactive campaigns and use reactive opportunities to generate coverage, while advising senior management on potential risks and issues.
The need is for a creative media relations professional with experience gained in a busy press office environment; a proven track record in delivering media relations strategies; strong strong writing skills and the ability to turn technical or complex content into compelling stories . Experience of working in a professional body would be desirable as would knowledge of infrastructure or related sectors.
