I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing and PR professional to cover a 12 month maternity contract and head up the Marketing and PR function for a well known serviced office provider!

The role will include responsibility for:

Strategy

  • Developing and deliver communications and marketing strategy

Marketing

  • Creating and delivering marketing campaigns, materials and incentive programmes
  • Brand development, management and engagement

Sales and retention support

  • Shape and develop strategic lead generation and target planning for all parts of the company’s offering thorough networking and research generate awareness of the company’s products and create additional customer enquiries

Community management/engagement/communications

  • Shaping, defining and delivering on site events, networking programme and membership scheme with input from colleagues
  • Coordinating team re CRM process/ leading Key Account Managers
  • Community comms/ engagement
  • Acting as key interface with CSM to shape customer experience and measure company performance/customer satisfaction and applying this data within internal bids/funding bids, PR and marketing messaging

Public Relations

  • To identify and articulate product, service and corporate news stories ensuring PR forms an integral and frequent part of the external communications
  • To write press releases targeting the local and national property press or manage external PR support
  • Build media contacts within appropriate titles
  • Manage the social media offering
  • Identifying and creating relevant case studies – telling our customers’ stories
  • Provide PR and marketing consultancy to customers or manage external support

Team management

  • Manage the day to day responsibilities of the Events and Community Administrator

Website

  • To oversee the strategic development of websites (including site and project specific sites) and put in place a content strategy for keeping information relevant, engaging and up to date. Manage Events and Community administrator in the updating of the sites

Managing the Creative Process

  • Writing creative briefs and copy for brochures, signage and direct mail
  • Commissioning photography and working with our creative agencies to deliver all campaign material
  • Day to day responsibility for design, web, signage, photography agencies / suppliers
  • Ensuring all suppliers are bringing creative innovation to our products

Budget

  • Setting and monitoring the Marketing budget
  • Reporting on budget variance and forecasts
