Our client is young independent consumer brand communications agency - they have already established a reputation as a center of excellence; producing award winning, creative and impactful campaigns for a range of fantastic brands. They boast an impressive, diverse client portfolio which ensures that the team gets involved in a broad spectrum of work; from traditional media relations and digital campaigns to blogger out reach, events and partnerships.
They are on the hunt for an established, talented Account Director to take the lead on several key clients linked to consumer lifestyle and sport. You will be skilled in more than just traditional campaign work; possessing a track record of developing integrated campaigns which involve lots of experiential, social media, branded content and brand partnerships. You also need to be in touch with what’s happening culturally so you can guide creativity around what’s relevant for the brands.
You will ideally be from an agency background with experience of leading on big brand campaigns for demanding clients. You will have experience of strategic planning, a track record of developing & delivering creative campaigns plus confidence managing budgets – so first class organizational and ability to direct and mentor a team is essential. In addition you will enjoy contributing towards new business and playing a part in continuing growth.
