Head of Communications, Charity - £50,000 + bens
A new role with a fast growing national charity, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of an organisation through the creation and delivery of a PR and external communications strategy, with the support of a team.
In addition to media relations, you’ll map out and build relations with stakeholders and influencers across the sector; provide support to senior management on key initiatives; oversee digital channels including the website; and prepare for and manage potential crises.
Extensive experience of creating proactive media campaigns is essential and you’ll point to a track record in securing extensive print and broadcast coverage as well as maximising social media, and leading and mentoring teams.
