Account Director/SAM - consumer lifestyle
This established agency are part of a larger marketing services group and are well known within the consumer lifestyle sector. They are based in an attractive location in Berkshire and due to strong growth now have a vacancy in their account handling team working on beauty, consumer electronics and retailers. It will mainly involve PR and Social Media with some events & experiential from time to time.
You'll probably already be working at a similar agency or perhaps client side for a retailer. You will definitely be used to managing a small team and taking responsibility for budgeting and p&L on accounts.
This agency are good to their staff. They promote from within where possible and two of their senior management team joined at a very junior level. As such you can expect to be given a lot of autonomy and opportunity to grow and progress. They are an entrepreneurial group of highly creative people but they are also very commercially savvy so who ever takes this job will need to demonstrate having grown accounts in the past. It will suit an outgoing, ambitious type that enjoys pitching and spotting opportunities within existing clients.
