We're looking for an ambitious and innovative Account Manager to join a leading global agency to work on a big-name client within the consumer fashion industry. Our client is a leading light in global PR and has a reputation for creating stand-out campaigns and working with the most well-renowned brands in the world. The offices are awesome - open plan with a load of creative minds, lots of buzz and a range of activities happening all the time - they also have excellent benefits which reflect the size of the agency - including an excellent pension scheme and gym membership.
Candidates must have 2-3 years experience in consumer PR, working in the fashion industry, with a strong passion for the industry and a good understanding of the media landscape, including strong media contacts across print, digital and social media platforms. Additionally, having knowledge of integrated campaigns across all of these platforms is preferred. Strong management skills are a must - experience in managing junior members and leading liaisons with clients are key, along with knowledge of how to formulate and implement creative campaigns, whilst working to strict budgets and time-frames.
For this role, you will be expected to get involved in all elements of the process - from creative strategy and pitching/presenting to implementation and evaluation. Candidates must be comfortable at getting involved in all of these activities, whilst also being an excellent communicator - written and verbal. Additionally, having a proactive and creative attitude for ad-hoc stories with experience in hijacking the news agenda is a big plus.
Wage is up to £29k, depending on experience
