Account Executive – Technology
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic junior communications professional to join the Technology and Corporate team at an independent award-winning communications agency. Based in South-West London, our client has a portfolio of leading technology clients from across the UK and abroad. You will be working on the agency’s B2B, technology and corporate client accounts so a keen interest and knowledge of complex technologies is vital.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking individual with a minimum of six months B2B PR experience to take the next step in their communications career. As Account Executive, your main responsibilities will include running client accounts and supporting senior members of the team. Within the technology and corporate team you will be working on client accounts across a range of industries, including environmental, telecoms and digital. You will also gain the invaluable experience of taking part in new business pitches.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A university degree with a 2:1 or above
- A strong interest and knowledge of complex technologies
- The ability to translate technical jargon into clear solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven knowledge of core PR skills
- A good understanding of social media outlets
