Corporate Communications Manager

London (Central), London (Greater)Varies with experience, 25 days annual leave, health and dental insurance, discounted gym membership


The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for supporting and developing highly effective media relations and corporate communications strategies and programmes that build the Rightster brand, promote differentiation from its competitors and raise awareness of latest news and offerings to its key audiences. This position also ensures that communication messages and initiatives are leveraged across all appropriate channels, in key regions in a consistent fashion.

PR Campaign and Media Relations Management
·Work closely with and provide support to external PR agencies to develop highly effective and measurable media and industry relations strategies
·Help build relationships with key media, trade organisations and influencers for key audiences
·Drafting of media releases and alerts, web-based content, fact sheets and other documents

Social Media Strategy
·Support the creation and delivery of our social media programme, to drive greater awareness and engagement across relevant SM platforms (FB, Twitter, Linkedin, Blogs)
·Utilising a social media management tool, track engagement and lead generation opportunities

Content Marketing
·Assist in the production of blog posts, infographics, and/or any other relevant content Marketing opportunities

·Work closely with VP of Corporate Communications and Events on long-term strategies across our Events programme
·Assist in the organisation and participation at key media, tech and vertical events and organisation of on-site media briefings
·Support the day-to-day management of key initiatives, corporate events & sponsorships

·Manage a standardised set of PowerPoint slides for the content, publisher and media sales teams
·Manage a standardised library of version controlled materials accessible by all at Rightster

·Assist in the organisation and on-going delivery of content for the corporate website

·Assist in the organisation and tracking of all expenditure on behalf of the Marketing team

Internal Communications
·Support the management of internal communications around timely company communications and announcements and ensure key stakeholders are aware of regional presence and support from London internal communications team

Desired Skills and Experience

·BA degree (communications-oriented)
·Minimum 3-5 years’ combined experience in corporate communications for a publicly-held multi-national, medium to large sized media organisation and/or PR agency.
·European experience, dealing with pan European agencies advantageous
·Experienced project manager

·Excellent spoken (presentation) and written communication skills
·Ability to transform business initiatives into communication projects
·Expertise across Social Media, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
·Excellent consulting skills
·European languages advantageous
·Excels in multitasking numerous activities and requests
·Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
