The Company:

Our client is a top-ranking B2B Technology PR Communications Agency based in stunning new offices in the West End of London. They serve clients at the leading edge of business from private start-ups to quoted global leaders.

Based in stunning modern and vibrant office space, you will have the support of an Account Director and Associate Director, although this role will leave you to manage your clients autonomously, with the support from a super efficient Account Executive. You will also have the opportunity to attend external training courses to enhance your skills-set further.

The Role:

As PR Senior Account Executive/Account Manager you will work autonomously but also with the support when needed from a highly experienced Account Director who will act as your line manager.

You will take responsibility of an existing retail technology software client and help with a newly established client which is an industry body by using your traditional PR skills and knowledge of digital/branding and internal communications.

Candidate requirements:

  • PR Senior Account Executive/Account Manager Level - 2 - 3 years’ minimum experience gained within a B2B Agency environment or in-house within a technology related organisation.

  • Strong team and leadership skills and client management skills.

  • Excellent client relationship/brand experience.

  • You will have a thorough grounding in working with fast-moving B2B businesses, particularly in the Technology industry sector.

  • Sound client time and financial management skills.

  • Equally at home in the online or offline communications environment.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Account planning and reporting.

  • Managing client accounts on a day-to-day basis with support from an Account Executive.

  • Managing client budgets.

  • Strategic counsel and creativity.

  • Strong content writing/digital and social media skills.

PR

  • Contribution to day to day PR delivery on clients, sometimes through upward delegation from other team members where support required.

  • Calling and facilitating brainstorms to add creativity to your clients' PR plans, working with team members to do the same.

Client new business

  • Play the central role on creation and delivery of new business pitches when required to do so. Contributing to new business brainstorms and discussions, openly sharing ideas.

  • Attend pitches and present to a winning standard.

  • Compile your own business opportunity credentials documents for checking by line manager or directors.

Salary: £28k - £40k + DOE. Plus excellent benefits and bonus package and internal and external training courses for career enhancement.
