Job description

Employee engagement has never been higher on the management agenda as businesses focus on their greatest assets – their people.   This integrated communications consultancy already has a rich heritage in internal communications, developing and delivering strategies that change employee behaviours and have a positive impact on the employers’ reputations.

The business is now ready to capitalise on the forecasted growth within this sector with the appointment of a Practice Head; an astute and highly experienced internal communications practitioner with depth and breadth in employee engagement and culture change, ideally with strong consultancy experience developed within the context of large brands across a diverse range of sectors, for example: food and drink, retail, telecommunications, energy, finance, technology.

The ability to drive and build new business is absolutely essential, as is the experience to run a profitable portfolio of clients.  If you’re not commercially-minded, then this role isn’t for you; if you are, then this could be a unique outlet for your skills. Previous consultancy experience is preferable, but by no means essential.
