Interim Head of Internal Communications and Change - 12 month FTC
As Head of Internal Communications and Change, you will be joining the Trust at a very exciting time as they begin a programme to transform its services and sites in order to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience and specialist care. The role of Head of IC and Change will be critical to this transformation programme as they look to engage and involve staff in its development and implementation.
You will develop and deliver an innovative internal communications and engagement strategy to meet the evolving needs of the organisation and its diverse workforce. This will involve working closely with, and supporting, the Director of Communications during this period of transformation, as well as providing regular expert counsel to other senior executives and clinical leaders on all internal communications matters.
It is essential you have experience in leading major change communications programmes in large and complex organisations, as this is one of the largest trusts in the country.
You will need to demonstrate that you have project managed high profile internal communications and engagement campaigns, as well as large corporate events. A proven track record in measuring and evaluating internal communications is essential.
