PR Account Manager
My client, an independent, full-service B2B PR and marketing communications consultancy, is looking for an experienced PR Account Manager to work with clients both in the UK and overseas.
This is a diverse and interesting role where you will be planning and organising PR and marketing projects for a range of client accounts. Your projects will cover anything from writing for various media touch points, both online and offline in addition to understanding client objectives and delivering tactically focused campaigns. You will also attend all client meetings and exhibitions and develop business opportunities with existing clients. You will also develop long term relationships with media, motivating and leading a small team, and monitoring the work of junior team members.
To be considered for the role, it would be highly advantageous if you have at least three years' experience of PR and marketing in an agency or in-house environment. It is very important that you can demonstrate excellent writing, reporting, presentation, and project management skills due to the amount of client contact involved in the role. It is also expected that you will build and maintain knowledge of production procedures, terminology, and issues pertaining to the relevant industries and sectors.
