The Senior Internal Communications Manager position requires a proven Internal Communications specialist who has the ability to work at both a strategic level but also has no issue getting their sleeves rolled up.
Reporting into the Head of Internal Communications, this Senior Internal Communications Manager role will lead a small team and will be tasked with implementing a strategy across employee engagement using a range of channels. You will engage with the key stakeholders and be confident in managing both up and down, using the tone of voice that is on brand and inspires engagement.
As the Senior Internal Communications Manager you will possess strong writing skills, excellent man management experience, be strategic and see the bigger picture and will not be phased in a role that has significant senior level exposure.
