The Remit

This is a senior role holding significant responsibility within the B2B division of the agency. You will be responsible for strategy, outputs and results on some of the agency’s key accounts, managing the team day to day, to ensure success is achieved.

You will play a key role in new business activity, working with other senior management within the agency to drive this forward, in addition to having line management responsibility across the team.

Although the opportunity has arisen due to an influx of new business wins, there is scope for growth and development beyond day to day delivery of results on accounts - this is a rare opportunity to work with a fantastic senior team to drive and influence strategy and growth across the agency as a whole. 

Experience & Personal Profile

This person will be an extremely well established and experienced Account Director, Senior Account Director or Associate Director and will play a vital role, ensuring the team continues to perform and deliver at the highest level. You will work as part of the senior team, shaping the division and helping to drive consistent growth. As such, the role requires a highly organised and strategic individual with significant senior level experience in a similar B2B communications role, ideally in an agency.

It is important this person hits the ground running so we are keen to receive applications from candidates who have managed significantly sized accounts and have team management experience.

New business is also a significant element here so applicants should have a track record of pitching and winning B2B accounts.


I have not included a salary estimate on this advert as salary and package will be tailored to the individual. We are happy to consider existing B2B Account Directors through to B2B Associate Directors. Salary will be highly industry competitive and match the experience of the individual.

Further compensation around bonuses etc. are not tied to a person’s starting salary but rather their contribution to the agency. This can be anything from commercial wins to best practice improvements.
