Director of Communications and Partnerships at Malaria No More UK
Malaria No More UK is a global communications and advocacy leader for the campaign to end malaria, at the centre of a powerful network of like-minded and passionate organisations and talent. This network combined with our expertise and commitment gives us the power to inspire governments, media and business to help end malaria. We are an agile organisation with a unique purpose: to drive political and financial commitments that accelerate malaria progress, and reframe the global agenda towards elimination and eventual eradication.
We now need to leverage our communications and advocacy expertise to help double global malaria funding and secure the support of world leaders in our mission to make malaria no more. We are looking to appoint a Director of Communications and Partnerships to lead the development and implementation of the Malaria No More UK communications and partnerships strategy in order to maximize the impact on key UK and global influencers and decision-makers. This individual will take responsibility for delivering innovative and creative communications that will raise awareness of Malaria No More UK’s mission and enhance stakeholder relations in the UK, Europe and Africa. As part of the Leadership Team of three for Malaria No More UK, this individual will play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organisation.
This hands-on post requires an ambitious individual looking to take on a leadership role. With a high level of entrepreneurialism, resilience and practical ability, you will also have a track record of building meaningful working relationships with people at all levels and from diverse cultures. You must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in influencing a wide range of stakeholders to build deep-rooted influence and support amongst decision makers.
