This 30-strong healthcare practice of a major international PR firm is looking to make a new hire at Senior Account Manager / Account Director level to boost their digital health offering. This is a result of significant increased client demand for the digital component of their overall healthcare communications programmes. This is a rare opportunity to become a key player in leading projects and campaigns and to join a 5 member digital health sub-division.

The firm’s healthcare practice covers the spectrum of health communications including ethical healthcare, public health, consumer health and medical education.

The successful hire will need to have strong digital communications credentials. Healthcare / pharmaceutical experience is not essential; however experience within a fairly regulated sector would be advantageous. On-going training within pharmaceutical communications and extensive training of the APBI Codes of Practice will be provided.

You will provide strategic counsel, develop and lead action plans, assigning tasks to the team and otherwise implementing the client program; work and advise clients to develop comprehensive stakeholder and media engagement strategies; work closely with clients and teams to provide social media expertise and develop initiatives in the digital space and identify new technologies and platforms and determine potential applications for clients.
