Communications/Customer Service Advisor
Our client an international retailer is looking to bring experienced customer service and communications advisors onto their in-house Marketing & Communications department on a freelance basis on-going until next year.
You will be working for a company that loves its staff and wants to offer extensive benefits for their employees. You will be working on the busy customer service team supporting their social media functions; answering customer queries and complains, problem solving articulately and effectively, following up with emails and telephone calls to bring an excellent service consistently with each customer. You will be the face of the company on twitter, facebook and other social media sites and as such need to be responsible and have excellent written English.
You will need to be flexible with your availability as you will be supporting the team in out of office hours, and weekends but you are not restricted to working in the office as you may work from home. You may also be required to cover holidays and as such will have the opportunity of working during normal office hours.
The hourly rate is dependant on your experience in a customer service environment and your availability.
