An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Associate Director to join a global agency, who specialise in delivering forward-thinking, integrated campaigns for a variety of clients spanning the design and luxury lifestyle sectors. The role would suit an individual with strong experience of working with high-profile arts and lifestyle brands, who is looking to build an international client base and take a lead on devising creative and strategic campaigns. Ideally, the successful individual will have a strong understanding of corporate communicaitons, and may have experience of working in the sector.  The agency offer stunning central London offices and a supportive working environment, along with the opportunity to work closely with international teams and oversee exciting photoshoots.

As Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking a lead on devising and implementing PR campaigns for a variety of high-profile global clients spanning the design and luxury lifestyle sectors
  • Managing, motivating and inspiring a team, exercising skills in organising, prioritising, and mentoring
  • Placing major features in relevant media outlets
  • Overseeing photoshoots, from choosing the location to selecting an appropriate, reputable photographer
  • Overseeing events, including international launches, from catering to invitation
  • Overseeing all creative work – including graphics, invitations brochures etc, to ensure that they correspond with company branding and client requirements
  • Understanding the design industry in order to provide strategic and relevant counsel to clients

You will demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in a senior-level role, either gained at a large agency or in an in-house environment
  • A passion and strong interest for the design sector, with a knowledge of and contacts in relevant media
  • A strong understanding of corporate communications, with some experience in this sector
  • Outstanding writing skills
  • News generating expertise
  • Experience of managing demanding client accounts at an international level
  • A strong leadership aptitude
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills
