Created by 3 highly skilled individuals, the brand is revolutionary, that we will all undoubtedly look to use! The brand has big presence in Gatwick, Heathrow and City airports, with partners covering top hotels, airliners and central London locations and business centres. The general consumer is the main focus of this role, though new partners are always of interest!
The role that I am looking to recruit, is a Social Media Executive/Manager. The business is based in Central London, currently with a head office team of 35 people, up to 70 people in total, though these numbers are continuously growing! You will be taking over from a really bright, switched on employee that is leaving the business to follow her dreams in a different sector, so the advantage is that this role has been carved, though this hire will bring even more experience to the table, there is no limit for this role.
Being a relatively new business, it is imperative that you have the entrepreneurial spirit that all current employees have. Hard work, passion and creativity are essential for this role. You will be a self-starter that can bring ideas to the table, not once a year, but daily!
You will have your finger on the pulse for all things social, be top class at creating content alongside the in house digital specialists and appointed agency, as well as the Marketing specialists in the business, be super enthused by wanting to push this business and their successes to a wider audience, be thinking about better ways to work and more effective ways to work, and above all, be really good at your job! There is no room for mediocre in this company’s HQ, so you really do need to be able to handle a fast paced environment, be able to have fun and banter at your desk, whilst creating new innovative strategies for social platforms.
You will come from either a pure play digital agency, an integrated agency, or from an in house position. As long as you are a social expert, my client will be keen to chat with you. You will understand the varying social platforms, be able to use the usual monitoring tools to record success and produce concise reports to enable the business to use for future planning, be a ‘finger on the pulse’ type person, with news and genuine interest into what’s new in the social media world and what can work for the business. You don’t need to be online 24/7 but you do need to have a real passion for social.
