Internal Communications Manager
newly created role exists for an Internal Comms Manager at one of the world’s leading law firms.
The business strives to deliver excellence for their clients, and the internal comms team play a vital part in helping employees understand their role in delivering this strategy.
This role is based in the London office where 1/3 of the firm’s employees are based. It’s a meaty role, working closely with the firm’s senior team, in particular the Managing Partner to create and deliver a comms strategy which supports various initiatives the business is looking to roll out.
The successful candidate will have a background in internal comms; we need someone who is fully formed, not developing. It requires the person to be a great team player; it’s working across the business and closely with colleagues in the global comms team advising on best practice and ensuring there is engagement and understanding around the firm’s strategy. We’re interested in seeing people who have been responsible for carrying out complex internal communications plans and have the understanding to utilise different channels and techniques to execute key plans and messaging.
