* Drive creative excellence within the agency and be a champion for innovation and change
* Support growth by playing a key role on new business opportunities through your own network, being an important part of highly creative pitch processes across both traditional PR and integrated work
* Spot opportunities to grow client accounts and help turn projects into retained clients
* Develop creative skills and processes within the team, providing the guidance, and support to empower the team from top to bottom to confidently conceive, present and execute creative ideas
* Create opportunities for even more integrated work in an agency which has always challenged traditional PR processes


* Intelligent, intuitive, innovative and inquisitive - you must be able to inspire people from all backgrounds and quickly garner trust with colleagues and clients
* A collaborative, entrepreneurial and ambitious person, you'll thrive on no two days being the same and have the desire to take ownership of this exciting and integral role within the agency
* Having come through a PR agency background, you'll already be an established Associate Director or already in a creative role within a PR/integrated agency
* Creative yet commercially astute, your ideas need to challenge and drive innovation in the industry
