Are you happiest at the centre of a client brainstorm, coming up with off the wall ideas and leading the creative process?

This independent communications agency is centered on great ideas and is looking for a Creative Director to take the helm on leading all things creative in the agency. 

This is a really brilliant chance to work closely with the Founder of the agency who is very well respected and traditionally has taken responsibility for leading on the creative side. With a number of other businesses and projects taking more of his time, it's been decided now is the right moment to bring in a dedicated Creative Director/Lead. 

The agency has a great portfolio of household name clients already, including the likes of Amazon, Shell, Honda, Café Nero and easyjet. The main priority for this role is to work across existing and incoming client briefs – inspiring the team, running inspiring creative sessions, and filtering the ideas with the ultimate goal being the creation of campaigns that inspire and win awards. 

The agency will also consider someone 3-4 days a week. 

Key Attributes and Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director/lead
  • Being hands on – from running creative brainstorms to filtering the team’s ideas
  • Sky is the limit ambition
  • Understanding of brands, trends and the marketing stratosphere
  • Able to multi- task, picking up a number of briefs at one time and running with them
  • Leading the thinking and process of responding to new business pitches and client briefs
