Corporate & Financial PR Director – Top TMT Clients

Exceptional corporate & financial PR Director required for a highly regarded and ranked communications consultancy.  The role will suit an ambitious and commercially astute candidate who has strong TMT sector connections, a proven track-record managing corporate and financial PR campaigns and the drive to help grow a team.

This firm has an excellent reputation for blending financial, corporate and public affairs work for cross sector FTSE 100, 250, AIM and private clients.  The senior management team has established pedigree leading top global agencies and they have been making several strategic hires to complement their existing expertise, while building an impressive client list.  They are now focusing on the growth of their tech and TMT client base and are seeking a new Director.

Campaigns will include both research, idea and data driven corporate projects including insightful thought leadership and reputation management.  These will be blended with financial PR, transactions and investor relations for FTSE and AIM clients. The role will partner senior management and co-ordinate teams while originating and driving new business pitches and organically growing accounts.

Responsibilities, skills & attributes include:

• Providing strategic counsel and advice to clients, developing and delivering innovative, insightful and integrated solutions of the highest standards
• Developing crisis management techniques and advises clients on potential courses of action
• Monitoring client strategy and industry trends and landscapes to develop and deliver in-depth strategic solutions to exceed client expectations
• Developing new business and leads the process with prospective and existing clients, monitoring and developing opportunities to secure commercial growth for the division and the wider business
• Creating budgets and manages them profitably
• Assisting with business planning for the division
• Leading, motivating and developing account teams and individuals using progressive people management techniques
