Comms Manager. Gin. What more do we need to say?
Spirits business and distillery owner is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join their lively and enthusiastic team. Joining the business just ahead of their first brand launch you’ll be starting during their early days and will have the opportunity to launch up to a further five spirits brands over the coming months/years. With a PR agency in place they need an in-house Comms Manager to act as the day to day lynch pin between the commercial objectives and the creative output. Working closely with the brand ambassador and the head of business development you’ll help them to develop their PR & social strategy and will ensure they stand out at large events and trade shows.
You’ll help them to continually build their narrative, ensuring their story is both relevant from a business and a cultural perspective and will support them in their mission to attract male and female customers, retail and leisure stockists.
What we need here is an AM/SAM/AD with drinks experience gained in an integrated environment. We need someone who is keen to work in a flat structure where you’ll be the expert and where you’ll be listened to. You’ll have a wide understanding of comms and will be happy to mix things up a little, moving a touch away from your PR roots and becoming more of a broader brand communications expert.
This role is the perfect mix of marketing, social and PR and needs a gutsy and confident individual who is ready to experience in-house culture.
