About The Role

The Studio Publicist is the primary point of contact for any PR & media relating to the Aardman Studio. 

This is a unique role that spans all the different areas of the Aardman business including; corporate, film and TV, brand and IP, advertising, interactive, international distribution and licensing.  The Studio Publicist helps devise and implement the company’s corporate and B2B press strategy with a view to protecting and enhancing the studios public image and helping to drive new business.

We’re looking for a Publicist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience from working either in-house, freelance or through an agency. Candidates will need a grounded understanding of the media landscape and experience in managing talent at TV and public appearances. Excellent copywriting skills and experience in preparing publicity materials is essential.

Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract (Some flexibility maybe required, as this a Maternity Cover Contract)
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Mondays – Fridays (some flexibility - see advert below) 
Salary: depending on experience
