Senior Medical Writer

Full service medcomms agency and media house seeks an additional senior medical writer, who enjoys working with people, to write a range of promotional/meetings materials.

The Senior Medical Writer’s Job:-

• Providing ideas and producing high quality scientific content for healthcare professional audiences: scientific manuscripts, PowerPoint slides, abstracts, needs assessments, meeting reports, newsletters, medical educational materials, websites, etc.
• Collaboration with the business development team, contributing ideas for new business proposals.
• Provide scientific expertise across the agency and to clients and KOLs.

The Successful Senior Medical Writer:-

• Will have spent at least 4 years as a medical writer in a medical communications agency.
• Comfortable interacting with clients, colleagues and KOLs as well as mentoring more junior medical writers.
• Scientific background and working knowledge of the ABPI.
• Enjoys agency life and being an integral part of an agency team – wants to work with people, not alone.
