This agency prides themselves on being different – they are independent and partner-led, work to a flat-structure with no hierarchies, and offer the team fantastic exposure to clients and senior management. The successful candidate will play a key role in strategic client advisory, corporate positioning and strategic comms, and developing a junior team. This role offers fantastic progression opportunities to Partner level.

Responsibilities:

• Directing client accounts and managing client relationships
• Providing sound strategic advice to C-suite
• Developing strategy, shaping campaigns and understanding the critical issues that affect businesses’ mandate to operate
• Leading and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development

Requirements:

• Proven track record in PR, ideally gained within a Financial PR agency
• Solid understanding of the financial and business worlds
• Confident in advising senior industry figures 
• A strong network of contacts
• Ability to manage and influence team members
