Communications Director (EMEA)

With around 300 employees globally, and having recently gone through Series D funding, they're growing quickly and it's a super exciting time to join.

The Communications Director (EMEA) role

Based in London, the Communications Director (EMEA) will be the first dedicated EMEA comms hire, reporting into the Global Communications Director and overseeing two European PR agencies. The role will encompass all aspects of comms, including brand positioning and earned media strategy, through to thought leadership and internal communications. The focus of the role will be on brand/consumer PR, but you will also be responsible for corporate and trade communications.

The Communications Director will work closely with colleagues in global communications and marketing, as well as the head of marketing for Europe. Whilst you won't have a team to manage in your first year in the position, it's likely that you'll grow this out in 2023 and beyond.

What they're looking for:

The new Communications Director could come from an agency or in house background, but they must have worked on well known, consumer facing brands, ideally those that operate online. It's important that while this person should be senior (10+ years of experience), they're comfortable getting hands on with executing and delivering campaigns, as well as developing strategy and creative ideas.

The Communications Director will also:

• Have experience working on EMEA-wide campaigns
• Have worked across both consumer and corporate communications (ideally with a focus on consumer)
• Be confident working with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Be an excellent writer, with the ability to write for various audiences
• Be passionate about the drinks industry and excited to work in a scale up environment

In return, the successful candidate will receive a salary between £80,000 and £100,000 plus options within the business.
