Birmingham St Mary's Hospice – the Hospice for the city of Birmingham - makes the small changes that can make the big difference to people’s lives.

We care for over 1,000 people each year suffering from life-limiting illnesses such as Cancer, Motor Neurone Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

Our aim is to give people the best possible quality of life for whatever time remains to them, supporting them and their families, for as long as they need us.

The services of Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice include an inpatient unit, day hospice, community palliative care team, social work, spiritual care and bereavement support services for relatives.

We aim to provide care and support tailored to meet the individual needs of patients and families as they arise and change, with the ultimate goal being the best quality of life possible for everyone in our care.
