About the role:

As our Director of Corporate Communications you will work closely with our Chief Executive in developing an integrated communication strategy that is aligned to our business plan. In addition, you will advise the Executive Committee, Non-Executive Board Members and senior Directors, on communications and reputational issues. You will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and communication within and outside HMRC, utilising a diverse range of channels to engage with both internal and external stakeholders. You are already a successful and sophisticated communications professional who has delivered complex campaigns in either the public or private sectors, ideally with a B2B and B2C focus. You are team orientated, enjoy building capacity, and are customer focused in your approach. Few roles offer the modern marketing and communications professional such an opportunity on such a scale.
