Children in the UK who come from low-income communities do not have access to the same educational opportunities as their wealthier peers. It doesn’t have to be that way. We believe in a future where no child’s educational success is limited by their socio-economic background.

To achieve this, we are looking for a comms expert with plenty of initiative and drive to strengthen our profile and supporter base to help every child develop the opportunity of a brighter future.

As Senior Communications Officer, you’ll work across the communications and fundraising teams, deciding on how we can communicate our offer to a range of audiences in a way that compels them to support our work.

In addition to reviewing existing communications, you’ll lead on changes to the way we communicate with supporters and be responsible for the idea creation, design, copywriting and production of all fundraising materials, whilst remaining on message and within brand guidelines.

We’re looking for a confident communicator with a strong eye for design and detail. To be a success, you’ll need outstanding and persuasive verbal and written communication skills coupled with experience of working on fundraising communications and marketing materials.

To apply, please include a CV and cover letter in your application, outlining what attracted you to Teach First and how you meet the competencies outlined on the attached job description, by clicking on the 'Apply now' button.
