My client is an independent, award winning and highly creative integrated agency managing some of the leading Entertainment, Lifestyle, Charity, FMCG & Sport brands internationally, as well as start-up brands. Specialising in Digital, PR, Experiential and Events; it is all about bringing the big ideas to life and harnessing content. They are currently looking for a strong, strategic and creative digital Account Director to head up a the agencies digital division.

You will be in charge of a small group of enthusiastic digital, social and pr experts who are on top of their game. Having achieved some impressive results already they are notorious for delivering exceptional work and having seen huge organic growth in 2012 this team has big plans for 2013. This opportunity needs an experienced Digital SAM or AD who is confident in driving strategic, creative campaigns and managing a team. You will be instrumental in growing existing client roster and bringing on new business.

You will be working on a varied clients portfolio in lifestyle and FMCG and includes a well known consumer retail, restaurant and FMCG brands.

The Role
- You will be reporting into the Head of Digital and responsible for three junior members
- You will work with senior management and other teams on new business with outstanding digital ideas
- Responsible for quality - ensuring work is error free and second to none
- Ensuring your team delivers on task
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of client accounts
- Responsible for integrating digital campaigns with PR and Events teams
- Responsible for driving the agencies agenda when collaborating externally
- Responsible for outstanding client and partner relationships

Essential Experience
- Currently working within an agency on digital or social accounts or within a digital agency
- Excellent client servicing
- Experience of developing content and working with App developers
- Able to take an active role on new business briefs and pitches
- Experience of working on lifestyle and FMCG brands in the digital space
- Direction of a junior team
- Passion for digital communications
- Passion for social media

Salary - £40k to £45k dependent upon experience
