We are looking for a new Account Director to join our successful growing team to support future business growth and work closely with the MD and management team to help manage the consultancy. The role will include senior oversight of communications programmes across a range of accounts; leading and mentoring teams; winning new business and playing a key role in the growth of the company. You will be confident in supporting and nurturing a team of Account Managers and Account Executives and be proficient in building strong and lasting client relationships.

The role will suit someone with energy, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit; a strong agency background; deep B2B knowledge; high standards and excellent creative and strategic insight. You will enjoy working in a forward thinking fast paced environment with an extremely bright and ambitious team. While clients are based in London, Europe and the US, the role is based in Brighton with regular meetings in London and other locations.
