This is an incredibly exciting role, a newly created position in one of the most exciting industries. The main purpose of the role is to drive new business and to deliver the communications plan by generating a high quality pipeline of business prospects, aligned to the client's business plans and objectives. Leading, taking responsibility for, and driving the Sales and Marketing function forward, generating a better awareness of them in the market place and further developing their external profile.

Primary job responsibilities:

Business Development

- Take the lead on new lead generation and new business networking.
- Proactively manage, build and sustain a quality pipeline of prospects for conversion , with the emphasis on quality rather than quantity of leads.
- Handle all inbound new business enquiries, qualifying potential opportunities and actioning next steps. Oversee responses to inbound new business opportunities to the highest standards and manage the timely handover .
- Develop a database and contact strategy. Help to generate c. 10 new business opportunities per month, from inbound calls, leveraging network contacts and outbound activity.
- Prepare a weekly new business pipeline report for the London management team.
- Monitor the press and use intelligence tools e.g. Pearlfinders and BrandIQ to identify leads and plan tactical campaigns and tailored approaches to prospects.


- Ensure the development and execution of a high quality marketing plan and programme. Taking the lead and full responsibility on implementing the marketing strategy, in support of the Organisation`s business goals.
- Manage and deliver the communications plan, assisting within the development of research / thought pieces, marketing pieces / collateral and events and content strategy.
- Create and nurture a sustainable image in the market place through the well thought out creation and execution of the marketing plan.
- Ensure that all corporate marketing events, activities and collateral are produced to the highest standards and to brand house style guidelines.
- Maintain the case studies and credentials library and a working knowledge of credentials and pitch presentations
- Development of, and responsibility for, the London Marketing budget.
- Responsibility for 360 activation of marketing plan and events, through hands on execution and delivery with support from the Marketing and Business Development Executive, ensuring that all key stakeholders are kept informed and involved where appropriate.


- Responsible for line management and development of the Marketing and Business Development Executive, ensuring alignment of performance to the core values of FutureBrand and the overall business objectives.
