The most decorated PR agency in the region is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial individual to help lead, and add to the growth of their B2B team. Working closely with and deputising for the B2B managing director, you will have the opportunity to help shape the agency's offering and will play a pivotal role in its next phase of growth.

The role

The B2B arm of this agency has been incredibly successful since its inception, and in that time it has built a solid client portfolio of market leading brands that share the agency's belief that B2B communications should be strategic, creative and differentiating. The team is made up of talented B2B communications experts who act as trusted business advisors to clients across the world. Supported by a brand insight and planning, digital and content team, it specialises in developing robust strategies and meaningful integrated communications campaigns nationally and internationally. They work with a number of well-known B2B brands across an eclectic mix of sectors including industrial, technology, charity, retail, property, and professional services, and this person will help drive and shape their future. Your duties will be many and varied, but will include: demonstrating an excellent commercial knowledge of relevant media and client industries. Additionally, you will be expected to lead new business activity and pitches, and develop convincing and exciting proposals. You will also build and lead a team - motivating, coaching and supporting team members, and manage P&L, budgets and be inherently commercially aware. Above all else, you will act as an invaluable trusted business advisor to clients at the highest level and build solid relationships.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a senior person, with 7+ years' senior level experience (primarily agency-side), a passion for next generation B2B communications and the ability to consistently develop well thought through, insights driven strategies and bold, brave creative plans that excite both clients and the teams delivering them.
