An extremely successful & international comms agency is searching for a Account Director to join a team of around 15. You'll be managing accounts across B2B tech and have line management responsibility too.

The company has grown massively in the past 20 years and is now established with clients & offices worldwide meaning the opportunities for advancement and movement are plenty. They have a very sociable & collaborative culture ensuring you leave on time and finish early every Friday!

Experience / Skills sought:

*Experience in either a Senior Account Manager or Account Director role within an agency across B2B - ideally tech

*Well versed in social media and the integration of digital marketing into the PR landscape

*Highly commercial, with strong strategic client consultancy skills

*A track record of retention and the profitable growth of existing accounts

*Considered, assertive and influential; a leader with the aptitude to develop and motivate a team

*Demonstrable success at securing new business and increasing client revenues


*Engaging in and ensuring a strategic relationship with the client, providing insight and partnership across all aspects of the marketing and communications spectrum

*Responsible for ensuring excellent client communication at all levels; defining KPIs, deadlines and service agreements

*Maximise media relations activity on behalf of the client via an in depth knowledge of team networks

*Recognise and create media opportunities for the client in line with wider industry activity

*Oversee the creation of high quality and engaging content, providing knowledgeable quality control and guidance to all relevant colleagues

*Use social media to recognise trends and proactively promotes new tools, solutions and processes to continuously evolve and optimise client PR campaigns across the business

*Take overall leadership responsibility for the account team, including coaching, supervision, assessment and reviews of all team members

*Run and support training sessions, with a view to maximising opportunities to expand team skills and grow revenues
