An innovative and rapidly growing Facilities Company is looking for an ambitious Head of Communications to join their entrepreneurial team. The company works in partnership with leading Universities to provide accommodation, infrastructure, and support services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile Communications Professional to work across a wide range of external and internal relations to promote a leading brand. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Group Director of Strategy, PR agency and CEO to develop communication and engagement for the business.

As Head of Communications, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new initiatives to communicate the Group’s vision and values across the company
  • Lead of financial calendar reporting and annual report creation
  • Leading the implementation of social media strategies
  • Manage Communications Manager and oversee the implementation of the internal communications strategy
  • Create and implement the CSR strategy

The ideal Head of Communications will have:

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering strategic campaigns across all channels, including print, digital, and event management
  • A track record of successful stakeholder management and of building effective and enduring relationships
  • Experience working with senior business leaders to interpret business strategy into a comprehensive Communications and Engagement strategy
  • Financial reporting experience
  • A high level of commercial focus and strong business acumen, as well as experience of statutory financial reporting of listed companies
