We never stop looking for talented, imaginative and enthusiastic people to join the Badoo team.   We currently have an immediate, exciting and unique opportunity for a Head of Comms to join the Senior Management Team in the London office.  The overall purpose of the role is to deliver a fully integrated and strategic brand marketing and communications plan to provide vision and direction to allow Badoo to continue to grow as an iconic brand around the world.  You’ll work alongside the business leaders to position Badoo in a way that ensures the long-term strategic development of the brand in line with the needs of the target audience and the overall commercial objectives of the business.   You’ll take charge of developing the overall communications and branding function within the business and will ultimately manage teams to deliver the activation of your strategic plans.  

It’s important that you’re a real all rounder, happy to work independently and in a highly strategic way, but equally comfortable at being hands on and close to the action yourself.  Ideally you’ll have plenty of experience devising engaging campaigns that build momentum around consumer brands, be skilled in all areas of communications from brand positioning, partnership activity, and events to media outreach, influencer programmes and stakeholder management.  Experience aside, creative ideas, a proactive attitude and a thirst for challenge will set you in good stead.  We need someone with an entrepreneurial flair, able to own a project but also know when to draw support from the wider team.  Someone keen to make their mark on what is already a very exciting, disruptive and ambitious business.   This is your chance to become part of something very big.
